Every
five or eight years depending on where a person lives, property values
are re-assessed. With news of recovery rolling in weekly, county
auditors are reporting that home values are slated for an increase. With
this value increase is a property tax increase as well. What options
does a homeowner have to react to their new home assessment?
“Technology
can be very useful in tracking all of your traffic but the point is you
have to use it. Property management software and lead tracking
companies help optimize data into a much easier format to make decisions
with but there still needs to be a human driving the bus in order for
any destination to be reached. Sometimes we can get very complacent
with technology. What did you do before you had these options? Endless
paperwork? Spreadsheets ten feet high?”
“It’s
hard to argue against buying a house now, assuming you can get a loan,”
writes John Waggoner, a columnist with USA Today. Sure, Waggoner says
that getting a credit check for approval of a mortgage can be a “only
slightly less intrusive than a CIA background check,” but for those who
are able to qualify, a lot of analysts say that now can be a good time
to purchase a home.
...these
past two weeks have been a whirlwind of activity as Bozeman Montana
Real Estate.net made the move into our new office. Jenifer was the
architect, interior designer, and much of the manual labor behind the
move and when these reviews came in intermixed with her spending
countless hours on the new office, I could not help but beam with pride.
