Catapalooza: Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net Community Outreach

Catapalooza, live music, crowds, and free give-a-ways, this event is like many the Bozeman community celebrates only its target audience is very specific to the 2500+ students arriving back onto campus this week. Businesses are showcasing what they can specifically offer to students: Costco is here with Ramen Noodles and Pizza promotions, banks are scattered around to assist the education of saving versus spending, and the largest majority of tables set up are school sponsored clubs, teams, and organizations. 

So just what would our Real Estate office be doing here? Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net is at Catapalooza this year to promote the dream that many collegiate students to not think of until post-graduation—a student can purchase their first home WHILE ATTEDNIGN COLLEGE. We are spreading the word on such things as the Kiddo Condo option, Rural Development Loans, Parents Purchase (parents, this can actually turn into an investment property for you…) and so much more! 

The student’s reaction to us simply sharing knowledge reminds our team why real estate is such a wonderful career. The dream of home-ownership ignites a spark in a person—no matter how young.
