Gallatin Valley 2012 Real Estate Statistics

The Gallatin Valley has experienced positive momentum in the real estate sector this year. Single family homes/townhouses/condos have all seen improvement in their average days on the market & in median sales price. The largest trend to make note of in the valley is that in new construction. In October 2011, 10 new single family housing permits were pulled—October 2012, 32 permits were issued. It will be exciting to see what the 2013 numbers will be!
